Re: Cancellation of subscription

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to cancel my subscription with you with effect from the earliest date allowed by the notice period in my contract.

Please confirm the following to me in writing: - that you have received and actioned this cancellation; - the final end date of the subscription; - a closing statement of anything still outstanding.

I am also cancelling the Direct Debit for this subscription with my bank with effect from the end date. Please do not present any further Direct Debit collections after that date, and please refund any amount already paid for the period after the end date to the account it was taken from.

This letter is also intended as proof that I have cancelled in good time. I take it that the subscription will not renew automatically after the date given above.
