Who we are
Send-a-Letter.co.uk is a service of Briefverzenden.nl (KVK 42119026) and the controller of your data.
What we process
To send your letter we process: the recipient’s name and address, the content of the PDF you upload, your email address and your payment details.
Who can see your letter
Your document may contain sensitive information. To print and deliver your letter, its content and the address are visible to us and to our logistics and delivery partner. Only share information you are comfortable being handled this way.
Payment
Payments are handled by an external payment provider. We never store your full card or bank details.
How long we keep it
We delete the uploaded PDF from our systems after your letter has been sent. A document that never becomes a letter — for example an upload that was not paid for — is deleted within seven days. Order data we need for administration and tax is kept for as long as legally required.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email us at support@briefverzenden.nl and we will help.
Address search
If you search for the recipient’s address instead of typing it yourself, we send what you type to Google to suggest addresses. If you would rather not, choose “Enter manually” and fill in the fields by hand.
