These terms apply to every order placed through Send-a-Letter.co.uk. Please read them before you send a letter.
Who we are
Send-a-Letter.co.uk is a service of Briefverzenden.nl, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42119026 (establishment number 000066227763).
Our service
You upload a PDF, we print it and hand it to a logistics and delivery partner who posts it to the address you provide. We act as an intermediary and do not deliver the letter ourselves.
Prices and payment
The price is shown before you pay and is charged in full when you complete your order. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Where possible we hand over your letter the same working day. Standard (non-registered) mail has no track & trace, so we cannot guarantee or confirm delivery. Registered mail includes tracking.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the correct address and for the content of your document. You may only send documents you are legally allowed to send.
Cancellation, liability and law
Once a letter has been printed and handed over, the order can no longer be cancelled. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will find a fair solution. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Dutch law applies to these terms.
